Our Keep Fit for Beginners sessions are a great way to enhance your wellbeing through exercise.

These sessions are run by a qualified instructor in a supportive environment where all levels and abilities are welcome. Don’t worry about getting every step right! All movement will help increase your energy and improve your mood. It is even great for building self-esteem.
