Men’s Health

Every November we shine a light on Men’s health – both physical and mental – to help break the stigmas around accessing support. Mental health is one of the biggest health issues faced by men, with individuals often finding it difficult to open up about any struggles they may be experiencing. Sometimes this can be due to feeling uncomfortable with the vulnerability that comes with these discussions. It could also be due to worry around becoming a burden. For years this has led to men suffering in silence, crippling their wellbeing. With the additional pressures caused by the current pandemic and lockdown measures, it is now more important than ever to reach out and support the men in our lives on their journey to better mental health.

For more information and some tips on how to do this, please visit the Movember website.
