Its #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek!!! No child or young person should have to face their mental health problems or tackle their wellbeing alone! This years theme is Express Yourself and we are encouraging everyone to share their feelings, ideas or thoughts creatively! This could be through art, music, writing and poetry, dance and drama, photography and film or just doing something that you love and makes you feel good!
