Life In Mind

Our new course `Life In Mind`
is a new group which helps
people deal with everyday
life, we will cover dealing
with anxiety, depression,
confidence building, self-esteem,
grief and loss
….mindfulness and recovery
to living life to the full.
The course is 10 weeks, and it
is an informal, relaxed setting
where everyone is welcome.
It consists of course work but
also your life experiences.

The start date for the next course is yet to be arranged, if you wish to be on the course for any of these modules and have not yet referred yourself please do so.
