It has been recognised for a long time that our environment affects us mentally, with how long we have all spent inside lately it’s time to get back outside! Our new gardening group is open to all ages and will be focusing on changing the area around us and how it can change how we feel in ourselves. With a focus on personal wellbeing and mindfulness come along to learn new skills and spend some time outdoors meeting new people. Our goal is to develop a project that will continue to provide benefit for everyone at the centre long into the future.
