Family Fitness

Whether you are new to exercise or an active gym goer this group is perfect for you. Come along and get active in 2022 and bring your family along for the ride. The session includes HIIT, boxercise, cardio and weight training, alongside many fun family games and activities that get you moving. The session are designed in a way that you can push yourself as much as you want too, taking everything at your own pace, with the main focus on ensuring you are having fun!

All ages and abilities are welcome.

  • Tuesday: 4.45pm – 6:00pm                

£1 per session

The group runs every Thursday 4:45-6:00pm.
