Seated Exercise

Our seated exercise class gives you the opportunity to get active in the comfort of your chair. Come along have fun, get your body moving and feel great. This group also provides a great opportunity to meet new people. The sessions are very inclusive, suitable for any ability and age.

When we exercise and get our bodies moving, our brain realises endorphins (hormones) that make us feel happy. This group provides excellent alternative to your usual exercise class, so everyone can join in and get moving for their wellbeing.

Session Times:

  • Tuesday: 12pm – 1pm                

£1 per session
