This is a 6 session course looking at improving and maintaining mental wellbeing. It looks at relaxation, distraction techniques, physical exercise, food and mood. Participants will develop their own plan and ideas.
The Mind Your Mind course runs for 6 one hour sessions over 6 weeks which will take place on Thursday mornings 11am-12pm, to join the course you must start from session one, so if the course is part way through when you contact us we will hold onto your details until the course restarts again.
