University Mental Health Day

It’s University Mental Health Day! A day to raise awareness of the reality of student mental health. Many students are currently struggling under the weight of the pandemic, missing out on the university experience they were promised. What can already be an incredibly taxing experience is being made more and more difficult. Now, more than ever, it is important we create the change needed to support the future of student mental health. How are you coping? share your experiences with us!

If you are struggling and in need of support you can contact us on 0191 565 7218, 07984595542 or admin@sunderlandmind.co.uk Don’t forget! Your University Wellbeing Teams are still available to support you, make sure to get in touch –
