Sunderland Mind’s Counselling Service has been established for several years. We provide counselling in 27 GP surgeries across the city.
You can sign up to our service (contact us to do so) or you can come via your GP, voluntary, community, statutory, private or other agencies.
Our sessions are set in a comfortable environment where you can off-load in a one-to-one session. Our counsellors are BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) lead and work in a non-judgmental way, offering safe and confidential sessions.
Our service offers 6-8 sessions or more depending on your needs.
You can bring a range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, family and relationship, bereavement, abuse and more.
If you have any questions regarding our counselling services please send them directly to our Counselling Co-ordinator Jean walker firstname.lastname@example.org
