If you can’t make it into our centre then we welcome you to attend one of our outreach coffee clubs. Our coffee clubs are a great opportunity to have a chat with people from the local area and have a go at some crafts and other relaxed activities.
Bereavement is tough and unique to everyone. One of our volunteer counsellors facilitates this support group to help you and others share your experiences of bereavement and begin to overcome but not forget about your struggle with loss.
One of our staff welcomes everyone to come and exercise your crafty side. Meet new people through creative activities, a great way to relax and distract yourself from everyday life’s constant barrage of worries and wiles.
