Adult Mental Health Strategy

We need your help to improve mental health services in Sunderland. NHS Sunderland Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) work with a range of partners from various sectors in the city, including acute, community and voluntary to deliver mental health services to the people of Sunderland. At a time when resources are limited, we need to ensure that all services can be sustainable and meet the demands of our city. This includes improving outcomes for patients. To have your say on the current Mental Health and services in Sunderland and help create a better Adult Mental Health Strategy you can fill out the surveys below!

Mental Health service user and carer survey – If you have used mental health services in the last 2 years are currently using these services or are a carer of someone who has, NHS Sunderland CCG would like to know more about your experiences. Public Survey – There is also a survey available for anyone to complete – whether you have accessed these services or not. You can complete this online by going to – https://involvement.sunderlandccg.nhs.uk/surveys/11
