Bereavement brings changes in your life, affecting your beliefs, personality, and your sense of mortality.
This is the time you spend adjusting to the loss, there is no standard time limit, no right and wrong way of dealing with the loss, and everyone is individual and unique in how they deal with it.
Talking to other people helps to work through the bereavement and gradually through time move on.
Our bereavement support group at Sunderland Mind helps you do just that, providing you with a safe environment to talk about your experiences. The group is based on caring for each other, trust, and confidentiality to allow for the support you need.
