This year we are flipping #bluemonday on its head and celebrating #yellowmonday instead. Today we have been out and about delivering soup and a bun to people in our local community in hopes to spread some positivity on what can be a difficult time of year for many. Having a chat and showing up for people around you is a great way to make sure people know they are not alone. Huge thank you to funding from Sunderland City Council for making this possible!
